Abonnements

WHEN YOU PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION ON THE WEBSITE, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW EVERY MONTH. WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BY USING THE PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.

YOU MAY CANCEL THE AUTOMATIC RENEWALS OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION VIA YOUR ACCOUNT ON THE WEBSITE OR BY CONTACTING SUPPORT@INBOUNDFLOW.APP. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL NO LONGER RECEIVE THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE SUBSCRIPTION ON YOUR CANCELLATION EFFECTIVE DATE.

THE CANCELLATION OF THE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL BECOME EFFECTIVE AT THE END OF YOUR CURRENT BILLING PERIOD.

Limites d'Utilisation et Frais de Dépassement

Each subscription plan includes a specific number of minutes per month. Minutes are calculated based on the total duration of inbound calls processed by your AI voice assistants.

If you exceed the minutes included in your plan, overage charges will apply. Overage rates are displayed on the Website and in your account dashboard. You will be notified when you approach your plan's minute limit.

By continuing to use the Service after exceeding your plan limits, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for any overage fees incurred.

Politique d'Annulation

We offer cancellations on purchases made of the services offered on our Website. You may cancel your subscription anytime via the website or by contacting support@inboundflow.app. You will not be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel your subscription.

We will not be able to issue you a refund of the subscription fees that you paid if you cancel your subscription. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to the Service until that date.

We reserve the right to cancel your subscription for any reason, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to fraud, inaccuracies, violation of these Terms, or unavailability of the services. We will let you know immediately if we plan on cancelling your subscription. We will issue you a pro-rated refund if we cancel your subscription for reasons other than your violation of these Terms.
